Custom products, including Custom Playmats and Custom Deck-Boxes, usually require approximately 2 weeks of preparation before shipment.

During periods of high demand, preparation may take a little longer.

Delivery times depend on your country, the selected shipping method and the carrier.

The estimated delivery timeframe available for your order will be displayed at checkout when available.

Please note that the delivery time begins after your order has been prepared and shipped.

Go to our Custom Playmat page and upload your image.

You can then move, reposition, zoom in or zoom out until you are happy with the final placement.

Choose between Standard or Stitched corners and add your Custom Playmat to the cart.

The preview shows the positioning that will be used for your design.

Create your design using our Custom Deck-Box editor by uploading and positioning your images on the different parts of the box.

Once your design is finished, submit it to us.

We review the design with you before production to make sure everything is ready, then your Custom Deck-Box can be produced.

Yes. Standard non-customised products can be returned in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.

However, customised products cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind, as they are made specifically using your images and specifications.

This includes products such as Custom Playmats and Custom Deck-Boxes.
