These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through the Duelist Island online store.
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products
Duelist Island sells trading card game accessories and related products, including playmats, deck boxes, sleeves and custom-made products.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions and colours displayed on the website are accurate.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on the customer's screen, device or display settings.
Minor variations resulting from the manufacturing or printing process are not considered defects when they do not affect the normal use of the product.
3. Custom Products
Certain Duelist Island products can be personalised using artwork, images or designs uploaded by the customer.
This includes, but is not limited to, custom playmats and custom deck boxes.
The customer is responsible for checking the uploaded artwork, positioning, cropping, orientation and overall design before confirming the order.
The production file will be based on the customisation submitted and approved by the customer when placing the order.
Because custom products are manufactured according to the customer's specifications, they cannot normally be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has started, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective or does not correspond to the submitted order.
4. Customer-Uploaded Content
By uploading an image, artwork, logo, photograph or other content to Duelist Island, the customer confirms that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use that content for the requested custom product.
The customer remains responsible for the content they submit.
The customer grants Duelist Island the limited right to reproduce and process the submitted content solely for the purpose of producing and fulfilling the customer's order.
Duelist Island reserves the right to refuse or cancel a custom order where the submitted content is unlawful or cannot reasonably be manufactured.
5. Prices
The price applicable to an order is the price displayed on the website at the time the order is placed.
Any applicable taxes are included or displayed in accordance with the information shown during checkout.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed before the customer confirms the order.
Duelist Island reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Such changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
6. Orders
An order is considered placed when the customer completes the checkout process and receives confirmation of the order.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping and contact information.
Duelist Island may contact the customer if additional information is required to process an order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of fraud, suspected misuse, payment failure, pricing error, product unavailability or another legitimate reason preventing fulfilment.
If an order is cancelled after payment and before fulfilment, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded where applicable.
7. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.
The customer confirms that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.
An order may not be processed until payment has been successfully authorised.
8. Right of Withdrawal
For non-customised products purchased online, consumers have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the product, subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by applicable law.

Customised products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
As a result, custom-made products such as personalised playmats or deck boxes cannot normally be returned simply because the customer has changed their mind.
This does not affect the customer's rights where the product is defective, damaged or does not correspond to the order.
9. Legal Guarantees
Products sold by Duelist Island remain covered by the mandatory legal guarantees applicable under French law.
In particular, consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects under the conditions provided by law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Duelist Island name, branding, website design, original graphics, product photography, text and other content created by Duelist Island are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without prior permission.
This provision does not transfer ownership of customer-uploaded artwork to Duelist Island.
11. Website Availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate at all times.
However, access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues, updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Duelist Island does not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption.
12. Liability
Duelist Island is responsible for fulfilling orders in accordance with applicable consumer law.
However, Duelist Island cannot be held responsible for losses resulting directly from incorrect information supplied by the customer, including an incorrect delivery address or errors in a customer-approved custom design.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability where such limitation would be prohibited by applicable law.

14. Personal Data
Personal information collected when placing an order is processed for purposes including order management, payment, delivery, customer service and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

15. Changes to These Terms
Duelist Island may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
The version applicable to an order is the version available on the website when the customer places that order.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply to the customer.
